Rachael Finley is an award-winning leader, coach, athlete, and scholar who helps organizations develop high-performing teams and cultures rooted in authentic connection and sustainable excellence.

With 20 years of leadership experience across higher education, nonprofits, and outdoor leadership, Rachael has led teams of all sizes through complex, ever-changing environments. Her approach combines people-first leadership, resilience, adaptability, and the ability to turn adversity into breakthrough results.

A NOLS-trained mountaineer and former backcountry guide, Rachael spent 15 years leading expeditions where trust, communication, and navigating discomfort were essential. She brings that same experiential wisdom to organizational challenges, helping individuals and teams move from “I can’t” to “we can.”

Rachael launched Beyond the Peak Partners in 2026, providing executive coaching, team and group development, workshops, and keynote speaking. She holds a Master’s in Leadership, is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), and is credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (ACC).
