Jessica Delp

Vice President

As the secretary of the board, I keep the minutes of the monthly board meetings and distribute them to all board members for approval.

Currently I am the Major Gifts/Community Engagement Manager for Easterseals Western and Central Pennsylvania. In this role I work with donors, participant families and community members to support ESWCPA. Empowering individuals with disabilities through programs and services is the goal of Easterseals Western and Central Pennsylvania. In the York are we provide recreational opportunities weekly, monthly and annually for children and adults with disabilities and to children of military families. Additionally, the York office provides interpreting services for the Deaf and hard of hearing. I enjoy meeting the participants and their families, learning more about them and how we impact their daily life.

I have lived in York for over 30 years with my husband Steve and our four children Nick, Luke, Jake and Georgia, who are now grown and scattered across the country. The Women’s Network of York has given me a new community friends who support me personally and professionally, it’s been a great experience!

Sue DuMars

Secretary

As the Program Director, I curate engaging and insightful experiences for our members. From securing speakers to attracting sponsors for each meeting, I am dedicated to creating enriching events that empower and inspire.

Beyond my role within the group, I am a Financial Advisor and a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst at Trusted Wealth Advisors, LLP. My expertise in financial matters allows me to bring a unique perspective to our networking community, offering guidance and support to fellow entrepreneurs.

On a personal note, I find immense joy as a mom to my children, Victoria and Izaac. I share my life with a significant other, Gordon. I cherish moments spent with my close-knit circle of girlfriends.

One of my favorite places to unwind is the river where I grew up. In my downtime, I enjoy traveling, reading, and golf.

I am honored to create meaningful moments for our members, and I look forward to welcoming you to WNY!

Angie Dietz

Program Director

As the Treasurer for WNY, I’m responsible for tracking funds and providing comprehensive financial reports.

Professionally, I am the operations manager at First Capital Fibers, a scrap paper processor located in York, PA. In this capacity, I oversee various departments, including production, trucking, HR, accounting, and maintenance. My dedication to efficient management extends from my professional responsibilities to our networking group.

Outside work, I enjoy outdoor activities such as gardening, kayaking, fishing, camping, or skiing with my husband. But my favorite downtime activity is feeling the breeze while riding my motorcycle. I am actively involved with our blended family. My five step-children and three step-grandchildren keep me busy, and I cherish the time we spend together.

I look forward to meeting you at WNY!

Brittany Honaker

Treasurer

As Membership Director of Women’s Network of York, I am responsible for managing membership, and providing a “face” to current members and those in the community who have questions about joining WNY.

Professionally, I am a local Realtor with Keller Williams where I have helped countless clients and families achieve their real estate ambitions. My love for education (I am a former teacher!) and passion for helping others has allowed me to experience great success in real estate.

Undoubtedly, my most important title is “Mom.” I was born and raised in York and am proud to reside here with my two children, Carter and Kennedy. My children keep me busy, motivated, a little crazy, and humble!

With an extroverted personality, I enjoy socializing- I am always ready for a coffee or lunch meet up, networking event, or anything in the community. On the flip side, I take great satisfaction in spending time alone. I am an avid reader, enjoy going to the gym, and spending time on mental mindfulness.

I highly encourage you to join us for a WNY meeting! I am so proud to be a member of this networking group and the women who I now call friends.

Abby Fishel

Membership Director

When I was President, I helped organize themed luncheons, our annual Shop for a Cause, member education programs, and highlighted local non-profits. Now I get to enjoy blending my passion for events and giving back to our local community. It’s what makes WNY so special!

Outside of WNY, I work at WellSpan Health as a Senior Communications Specialist and manage our community sponsorships. Since joining WellSpan, I’ve reconnected with the York Revolution (my first job out of college) through the WellSpan Park partnership. I’ve facilitated community-wide health education presentations, including blood pressure screenings and hands-only CPR training at local events. I’m passionate about health education at every age.

I grew up in West York and now reside in Dover with my husband, two kiddos, and our dog. When I’m in ‘mom mode,’ you’ll find me coaching my kids’ t-ball team with my husband, traveling, baking, shopping, and spending time with friends and family.

I can’t wait to welcome you to WNY!

Aysa Urich

Events Director/Past-President

As the past President of our networking group, I am dedicated to supporting the Board and the organization. In my previous three terms as President, I focused on creating a nurturing environment where women entrepreneurs could thrive. Being a part of this incredible group for 15 years has allowed me to witness countless success stories fueled by encouragement, education, and connection.

Outside of WNY, I’m a Sales Director at Mary Kay. My goal is to empower others and build strong, independent leaders within the company. My husband and I were high school sweethearts, and we’ve been married 32 years. You’ll find us enjoying our newfound empty-nester status, embracing our freedom to travel, and spending a little more time on the golf course. We’re also passionate about sports and enjoy cheering on the Buffalo Bills and the Boston Red Sox.

I grew up in York and am passionate about my local connections. I look forward to welcoming you to WNY!
