I help people make healthy changes that actually fit into their real lives. As a certified nutrition and wellness coach, I provide practical, personalized support with nutrition, fitness, stress management, sleep, and overall wellness. My goal is to meet each person where they are, help them find what works for them, and provide the encouragement they need to build healthy habits that feel realistic and sustainable.
Biography
I have worked in education since becoming a fifth-grade teacher in 2008. In 2022, I transitioned into a health educator role, where I discovered a passion for health and wellness. After earning certifications as a Nutrition Coach, Wellness Coach, and Group Fitness Instructor, I decided to combine my experience in education with my passion for health and wellness and start my own wellness coaching business, Wellness Your Way. Outside of coaching, I’m a wife and mom of two. I enjoy running, staying active, cooking, reading, and spending time with my family.
