I am a Natural Health Practitioner with a degree in Traditional Naturopathy, and certifications in bioenergetic testing and Emotion & Body Code. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate their healing journey confidently through education and empowerment.

I’m a wife, mom of three, and a seasoned homeschooling mom turned business owner with a heart for holistic health. When my daughter developed a severe autoimmune condition with intense neurobehavioral symptoms like OCD, panic attacks, and rage, our entire family was impacted. Through holistic modalities, we helped restore balance to her body — and today she’s a healthy, thriving teenager.
Her healing journey became my catalyst to empower and educate other families seeking a root cause, holistic path to wellness. When I’m not working, you’ll find me hiking, camping, or enjoying live music at local spots — just like I did as a teenager.
