The HRart Center offers energetic health services for individuals and organizations, grounded in the ancient healing wisdom of Chinese Medicine and the Five Element framework.
Personal Energy Care — Individualized burnout recovery and sustainable energy care, including Medical Qigong therapy sessions, capacity coaching, and Yellow Court Care membership. New clients begin with a free Energy + Capacity Consult.
Organizational Health — Workplace interventions for organizations navigating burnout, culture challenges, and leadership depletion. Services include organizational health assessments, culture and change work, the LEAP employee well-being program, leadership development, workshops, and speaking engagements.
Classes + Events — In-person healing sounds, movement Qigong, yin yoga, nutrition education, and seasonal events open to the community at our York, PA center.
