Biography
Nikki Vlahos is a licensed esthetician, permanent makeup artist, and award-winning paramedical tattoo artist based in Hanover, Pennsylvania. With more than a decade of experience in the beauty and aesthetics industry, Nikki has built her career around helping people feel confident, comfortable, and at home in their own skin.
Her path to paramedical tattooing is deeply personal. As a survivor of domestic abuse, Nikki understands firsthand what it means to lose pieces of yourself and to work toward reclaiming them. That experience shaped the way she sees beauty, confidence, and healing. For Nikki, this work has never been simply about appearance. It is about choice, restoration, and getting to recognize yourself again.
Nikki's passion for paramedical tattooing grew from her desire to help others navigate the physical reminders of surgeries, scars, stretch marks, pigmentation changes, and breast cancer. She has pursued extensive specialized training in permanent makeup and paramedical tattooing and continues to expand her education in advanced techniques.
In 2026, Nikki earned first place internationally in the Skin Games for Paramedical Areola Tattooing, a milestone that reflects her dedication to both the artistry and technical precision of her work.
Through Skin Vixen Nikki, she has created a space where clients can be honest about what they want to change without being made to feel ashamed of it. Her approach is personal, intentional, and rooted in the belief that reclaiming yourself can look a hundred different ways.
