We are excited to welcome Lisa Vaughn from Junior Achievement of South Central Pa!

Lisa grew up in the Philadelphia Suburbs and received a BA in Communications at the University of Delaware and a Master’s in Communications at the University of Pennsylvania. After graduating, she started her career in Baltimore MD as a manager of a Temporary Service and then as a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep.

She moved to York 23 years ago with her husband and 2 daughters. She served on various school committees as a Substitute Teacher in Central York School District for 10 years. She was also the Volunteer Coordinator for the York YMCA Swim Team. In 2015 she joined Junior Achievement of South Central PA where she facilitated their Middle and High School Programs for 5 years followed by 3 years in Volunteer Recruitment and Business Development. She is starting her 2nd year as JA’s Community Development Manager, expanding JA’s reach and presence by working with local rotaries, chambers, and organizations. She is a member of the York-North Rotary Club.
