August 2025 Luncheon – Lisa Barshinger

This month’s speaker is Lisa Barshinger with White Rose Leadership Institute DBA Give Local York. Lisa’s presentation is Giving Together: The Impact of Give Local York.

Lisa Barshinger is the Executive Director of the White Rose Leadership Institute, where she has the privilege of leading Give Local York, York County’s largest day of charitable giving. She brings over 20 years of experience from the banking industry, primarily in credit unions, before transitioning to the nonprofit sector. Born and raised in Lancaster, she attended Millersville University and now lives in Red Lion with her husband, Ron, and two sons, Jayden and Carter. She’s passionate about making a difference in the community and supporting local organizations through collaborative initiatives.
