Parking is available to the left of the building. \nThis month’s speaker is Michelle L. Kreeger\, State Farm Insurance Agent. Michelle’s Presentation is “Life Insurance: What Can It Do For Me and My Family”. \nState Farm Agent Michelle L. Kreeger returned to her native York to open her West Market Street agency in 2016 and her second office\, on Jonestown Road in Harrisburg\, opened on February 1\, 2023.  Michelle’s goal is to educate her customers\, protect their assets\, and help them prepare for a stronger financial future. \nTo help her customers do that\, Michelle has completed significant financial education\, including the prestigious Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®) and Certified Life Underwriter® (CLU®) designations. \nShe credits the office team with taking such great care of customers:  Jason Prugar\, Sales Manager & Commercial Insurance Specialist\, and Account Representatives Bret Sears\, Xander Sears\, Lisa Bledsoe\, and Jim Wolfe.  Service Manager Lori Avery Reilly is a thirty-six-year State Farm team member and manages the service team\, which includes Wendy Sears and Kimberly Montague.  Rounding out the team are Michelle’s rescues\, Bear\, a Black Lab Mix and head of Security\, Barketing Manager\, Boba Fett\, and our Greeter\, Magic. \nMichelle graduated from Dallastown in 1988 and enrolled at American University in Washington\, D.C.\, where she earned both her Bachelors and Masters Degrees.  After college\, she coached collegiate volleyball at Franklin Pierce University and East Stroudsburg University before joining State Farm. \nIn addition to running her business\, Michelle is involved in dog rescue\, business coaching\, promoting downtown York\, and still plays competitive volleyball.  Bear and Michelle reside in West York with Michelle’s partner\, Jason\, and Bear’s fur-siblings\, Boba Fett and Magic. \nYou don’t want to miss this month’s luncheon! Whether you are a guest or a member\, all are welcome to join us in The Terrace at Heritage Hills. \nThis month’s speaker is Carolyn “Carrie” Pugh\, Attorney at Bellomo & Associates\, LLC. Carolyn’s Presentation is “Estate Planning 101”. \nCarolyn\, a York County native\, brings a breadth of knowledge and experience to Bellomo & Associates. Most recently\, Carolyn was a shareholder in Pugh & Cutaia\, PLLC. She has been in private practice since serving as the first judicial law clerk for the Honorable Joseph C. Adams in the York County Court of Common Pleas. While in private practice\, Carolyn has zealously and caringly represented clients in diverse areas of law\, advocating and guiding them through the complex legal system. She is experienced in family law\, criminal defense\, estate law\, Social Security disability\, bankruptcy\, juvenile/school law\, municipal law\, and animal law. Her love of animals is further highlighted in the fact that she obtained her undergraduate degree in animal science from Pennsylvania State University before she pursued her law degree at Dickinson School of Law. \nIn addition to her legal acumen\, Carolyn brings hands-on people skills to her new role. Most recently\, Carolyn was a Custody Conciliator and Court appointed Mediator for the county of York. In these roles\, she used her negotiation skills and knowledge of family law to help the litigants reach a consensus if possible. Carolyn cares deeply about the York County community and has been on the board of the Horn Farm Agricultural Education Center and the York County Parks Auxiliary Board. She coordinated the York County High School Mock Trial Competition for several years. She is currently a member of the York County Bar Association and serves as the Editor of the York Legal Record. \nCarolyn is very close to her large family – her parents\, four brothers\, three sisters-in-law\, four nieces\, and four nephews. She enjoys family gatherings and spending time with her menagerie of pets (her dog\, Kip\, her horse\, Liam\, and her three cats\, Smoochie\, Gus\, and Bean). She loves to travel and spends several weeks a year at her family’s cabin on Moosehead Lake in Maine and motorcycle trips with her boyfriend\, Aaron. \nYou don’t want to miss this month’s luncheon! Parking is available to the left of the building. \nThis month’s speaker is Alisha Graybill\, Patrol Sergeant for the Spring Garden Township Police Department. Alisha’s Presentation is “Safety First: Safety and Crime Prevention Tips for Some Common Situations”. \nOriginally from Bedford\, PA\, Alisha came to York for college and chose to stay and make York her home.  After graduating from York College of Pennsylvania with a degree in Criminal Justice\, Alisha was hired as the first female police officer for Spring Garden Township in 2000.  She was promoted to the rank of Sergeant in 2020\, which made her the first female sergeant.  Alisha has been the evidence technician for her department and a member of the York County Forensic Team for 22 years.  Alisha was involved with South Central Camp Cadet from 2004 to 2021. Currently\, Alisha is a Field Training Officer and the current Field Training Coordinator which means she is responsible for supervising the Field Training Officer squad.  She is also a Crisis Intervention team member and a Critical Incident Stress Management Peer.  Among Alisha’s other accolades\, she is a certified R.A.D. instructor for women’s self-defense\, a part-time instructor at the HACC Police Academy\, and she also assists with continuing education classes for police officers at HACC. \nOn a personal note\, Alisha is married to Jack and together they have a retired greyhound racer named Bodie.  She enjoys running and is a volunteer coach with York Suburban Cross Country.  Alisha also enjoys golf and is working to improve her game. \nYou don’t want to miss this month’s luncheon!
