DESCRIPTION:UPDATE! THIS MONTH’S SPEAKER HAS CHANGED!  \nGet back to business and join us for our January Luncheon to connect with fellow local women and showcase your business. Whether you are a guest or a member\, all are welcome to join us in the TERRACE ROOM at Wisehaven Events Center\, 2985 E Prospect Rd\, York\, PA 17402. Parking is available to the left of the building. \nThis month’s speaker is Katie Crane\, Central PA Program Manager for the Alzheimer’s Association. Katie’s presentation is “Making a Difference in Community.” \nKatie Crane is a Program Manager at the Alzheimer’s Association – Greater PA Chapter. In her role\, she implements strategies to increase the reach of volunteer-delivered programs\, especially in new\, underrepresented\, and rural communities in Central Pennsylvania. She is responsible for identifying\, recruiting\, engaging\, and growing volunteers and community partners to achieve goals. \nKatie began her nonprofit career in 2016 at the Jewish Federation of Greater Harrisburg. In the subsequent years\, she held a variety of positions across multiple organizations including a homeless shelter and a nonprofit consulting firm where she assisted nonprofit leaders in grant writing\, social media strategy\, development\, and more. \nKatie earned a dual bachelor’s degree in journalism and organizational communication from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania. She now serves on the board of the Partnership for Better Health. Outside of work\, she enjoys traveling\, trying new foods\, reading\, and spending time with family and friends. \nYou don’t want to miss this month’s luncheon!
