DESCRIPTION:Join us for our April Luncheon to connect with fellow local women and showcase your business. Whether you are a guest or a member\, all are welcome to join us at our new meeting location\, The Madison Room at the OutDoor Country Club (ODCC). Click here to get directions to ODCC! \nThis month’s speaker is Deborah Harrison\, Executive Director of the York County Children’s Advocacy Center. Deborah’s presentation is: Celebrating 20 Years: The Mission and Services of the York County Children’s Advocacy Center. \nHer presentation will provide an overview of the York County Children’s Advocacy Center’s services\, while highlighting that April is Child Abuse Prevention and Awareness Month\, and discuss the importance of child abuse prevention and intervention. \nDeborah Harrison has been the Executive Director of the York County Children’s Advocacy Center since May 2009.  The Children’s Advocacy Center provides forensic interviewing\, family advocacy\, and medical examination services for York County children who are victims of child abuse.   Previously\, she served for ten years as the Executive Director of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Lancaster County. Deb has always been inspired to be a part of mission-oriented organizations that positively impact the community.  She lives in Lancaster with her husband Ken and has two adult stepchildren and a houseful of cats & dogs. \nYou don’t want to miss this month’s luncheon!
