Let’s Get Moving: A Simple Way to Move & Feel Better!
Join us on October 17th from 11:30-1:00pm as we hear from Kelly Block, Certified Personal Trainer and wellness coach with over 22 years of experience in the fitness industry. Many of us are moving less since the start of the pandemic, and it is essential that we get moving again. In this session, we will explore the importance of proper body alignment and its positive impact on mental health and overall work performance. We’ll begin by identifying common posture faults that lead to chronic pain (which is often caused by life stress). You will then join Kelly in practicing exercises and stretches that you can use during your day to help keep your brain engaged and your body energized. Dress comfortably and be prepared to have some fun!
